For reasons of privacy protection, you may be entitled to request the deletion of some of your personal information.
How to request the deletion of your data
You can ask us at any time to delete your Birds Evolution account and all the personal data attached to it, including the data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google (your name, e-mail address, profile picture and account identifier).
- Send an e-mail to avisync@outlook.com with the subject "Personal information deletion request", from the e-mail address of your Birds Evolution account (or tell us that address in your message).
- We may reply to check that the account belongs to you.
- Within 30 days, we permanently delete your account, your breeding data (birds, pairs, pictures, public profile) and your personal information, then confirm by e-mail that it is done.
Only the payment records that accounting law obliges us to keep are retained, in anonymised form.
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove Birds Evolution from your Facebook account: Settings and privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › Birds Evolution › Remove. This stops Facebook from sharing new data with us; to delete the data we already hold, send us the request described above.
